ONNY DESIGN builds websites in the way that best fits your project — on Imweb, via custom web development (self-hosted), or with conversion-structure design.
Final delivery is based on completion of the website build and confirmation that it works correctly.

- The contract is concluded after the quote is reviewed and a 50% deposit is paid; the remaining 50% is settled on final delivery.
- Work begins after payment and tax invoice issuance are complete.
- If payment is not made, the schedule may be adjusted automatically.
- Imweb ownership is transferred after the website is finally confirmed.
- Refunds due to a simple change of mind are not available after the work is complete.
Copyright of this design is transferred to the client only upon full payment of the balance.
Usage rights for portfolio and promotional purposes belong to ONNY DESIGN. (can be agreed in advance if you prefer otherwise)
- If a refund is requested after the first draft is delivered, 50% of the remaining amount (excluding work already done) can be refunded.
- After the second draft is delivered, refunds are not available.
If work is canceled before any draft is delivered, an amount excluding planning and work already in progress may be settled depending on progress.
Refund requests due to a simple change of mind or internal circumstances are handled under this refund policy.
