Terms of Service

These terms stipulate the conditions of use for the design request, quotation, and production services provided by ONNY Design (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’).

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to regulate rights, obligations, and responsibilities regarding the use of design production services between the Company and users (clients).

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Company provides planning and production services for design outputs such as websites, detail pages, SNS content, and company profiles. Specific scope of work and amounts are based on the quotation and individual contracts.

Article 3 (Quotation and Conclusion of Contract)

• Users may receive a quotation via AI Quote or consultation, and quotations may vary depending on the scope of work.
• The contract is concluded upon mutual agreement on the quotation content and payment of the amount (or commencement fee).

Article 4 (Work Process and Revisions)

• Work proceeds in the following order: ‘Direction Consultation → Material Organization → Draft → Feedback & Revision → Final Delivery’.
• Basic revisions are provided up to 2 times, and typos or clear errors are not deducted from the count.
• After basic revisions, simple additional revisions are charged KRW 300,000per session.

Article 5 (Payment and Tax Invoice)

Payment is made via the method agreed upon at the time of contract. As a registered business, the Company issues tax invoices and cash receipts.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund)

• Full refunds are issued before work commences.
• After work commences, the refund scope is negotiated excluding completed work based on the progress stage (planning, draft, revision, etc.).
• Once final delivery is complete, refunds may be limited due to the nature of the deliverables.

Article 7 (Rights and Usage of Deliverables)

Upon full payment of the final amount, usage rights for the deliverables belong to the User. The Company provides deliverables within the license scope of third-party assets (fonts, sources, etc.) used during production, and the Company may use the work for portfolio purposes.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for the legality or accuracy of materials provided by the User and is exempt from liability for schedule delays caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved through mutual agreement; if agreement is difficult, they shall follow relevant laws and the competent court.
