Working Conditions
This estimate is calculated based on the website production work requested.
ONNY Design produces websites using Imweb, Cafe24, WordPress, or custom builds.
Final delivery is based on the completion of the website (web) construction and confirmation of normal operation.
If additional requests outside the scope of work arise, they will proceed after separate consultation.

This estimate is calculated based on the requested scope of work.
If additional requests outside the scope of work arise, they will proceed after separate consultation.
- Contract: Full payment is the principle, but a 50% deposit / 50% balance is also possible.
- The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the work.
- Work begins after deposit and tax invoice issuance are completed.
- The deposit is non-refundable after work commences.
- The work schedule may be automatically adjusted in case of non-payment.
- Ownership of the production platform is transferred after final confirmation of the website.
- Refunds due to simple change of mind after completion are not possible.
Copyright and Usage Scope
Copyright for this design is transferred to the client upon full payment.
Rights for use in portfolio and promotional purposes belong to ONNY Design. (Can be adjusted upon request)
Refund Policy
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable after work commences (completion of deposit and tax invoice). The deposit is invested directly into planning and design work upon commencement.
- If a refund is requested after the first draft delivery, 50% of the remaining balance (excluding the scope of work completed) is refundable.
- Refunds are not possible after the second draft delivery.
If work is canceled before draft delivery, the amount may be settled after deducting planning and progress costs based on the status.
Refund requests due to simple change of mind or internal circumstances are processed according to this policy.
This estimate is — based on estimates and will proceed under the same conditions if ordered within the validity period (3 months from the estimate date).
